U.S.E.R.L. Richmond Region

The IRS as a charitable organization under section 501(c) (3) of the Tax Code recognizes the USERL, INC. It operates 100% through fundraising efforts, donations, and grants. Without benefactors, such as you, USERL would not be able to sustain our volunteer equine rescue and rehabilitation efforts. USERL can utilize almost any donation in the form of money, services, or products. The Richmond region of the USERL compiled a list of items needed to adequately equip the volunteers for rehab barns and foster care.  Any clean, used items are acceptable as well as new items. All donations are sincerely appreciated!!
